Ken has a Holistic approach to fitness developed over nine years in the industry. With a background which includes Aikido, Yoga and Pilates his focus is Core based. Strength and Flexibility, Stability and Balance. These all lead to good Posture. However, Ken sees make your gym experience fun as an integral part of his job.
